My cousin's house.

Started writing a prologue for a new book.

The Boyfriend *TAG*

This was incredibly complicated to write.

Its Tuesday!

Have a Boyfriend tag.

G: Means Girlfriend. And those are my answers.

B: Means boyfriend and are NOT my answers.

Neither of us saw each others answers before answering.

I'm the only one who has seen both answers.

But I answered before I even asked him the questions.

1. Where did we first meet?

G: At a park.

B: At a park

2: What was our first date?

G: We went and saw Christmas lights

B: Going to see christmas lights, and a hay ride...in the cold.

3. Where was the first kiss, how was it?

 G: My house. It was a kiss?

B: Ashlie's house, and it was wonderful.

4. Did you know I was the one?

G: The one what?

B: The one I was going to date? I hoped so. I liked her a lot.

5. First impression?

G: He's definitely an RM. Probably that I was flexible.

B: Wow she's really flexible!! Hahahah. That this kid looks really good.

6. When did you meet the family?

G: I met his mum and sister on like the second or third date. I met the rest of his family last week, and I'll meet even more this Friday.

B: Second time we hung out, it was a little christmas.

7. Do we have a tradition?

G: We've known each other for three months. so no.

B: Not that I know of. Maybe making dinner and watching movies.

8. First roadtrip?

G: Three months.

B: Haven't had one yet.

9. Who said I love you first?

G: He did. We were in his car.

B: I did, it was after we got back from dinner.

10. What do we argue about the most?

G: We don't know each other well enough to argue.

B: Who is more lucky.

11. Who wears the pants in the relationship?

G: I do.

B: I wear pants. She wears tights.

12. If I'm sitting in front of the TV what am I watching?

G: He's watching Psych. He probably said I'm watching Dance Moms. More likely I'm watching YouTube.

13. What dressing do I get on my salad?

G: I've never seen him eat a salad, and I don't get dressing on my salads.

B:Italian. Ummm...something healthy like Italian.

14. What's one food I don't like?

G: He doesn't like oysters. I don't like chicken.

B: Oysters...Yuck :p She doesn't like meat and chocolate.

15. When we go out what do I get to drink?

G:Water or like..a smoothie. I get water or DP.

B: Water, or lemonade, I love lemons. Water.

16. What size shoe do I wear?

G: Like...10.5? Maybe? I wear 6.5.

B: 10 & 1/2. 8

17. If I was collecting something what would it be?

G: I have no idea. Stamps? I'd collect fancy bottles.

B: Ummm.....Memories. Recipes.

18. What is my favourite type of sandwich?

G: Something fancy with chicken, probably. I like veggie sandwiches.

B: A foot long Italian herbs and cheese with oven roasted chicken breast and backed with pepper jack cheese and with cucumbers, spinach, with ranch and honey mustard. Veggie with avocado.

19. What would I eat everyday if I could?

G: Lemon heads or lasagna. I'd eat salmon or Thai food.

B: Lasagna :) salmon

20. What is my favourite cereal?

G: I've never heard him mention cereal. I like cheerios.

B: Honey bunches of oats with almonds. Life???

21. What is my favourite music?

G: Dub step? I like indie. Babe if you said One Direction Imma beat you.

B: Dub Step. One Direction.

22. Favourite sports team?

G: Manchester united. For both of us.

B: Manchester United!!Glory to the red devils. I don't think dance has a team??? So I am not sure at all.

23. What is my eye colour?

G: Hazel. Mine are green.

B: Hazel. Green

24. Who are my best friends?

G: Augi, Alex, and...Nick? Iza and Karlee are mine.

B: Alex. Isa or Karlee

25. What is something I do that you hate?

G: He hates it when I hurt myself. I hate it when he smothers me, smother is the wrong word but for lack of a better one...Bee thee wee, I mean that in the best way possible, and I wouldn't say I hate it.

B: That I make her make decisions. I don't hate anything she does.

Titles are hard

WHAaaaAAAt??

I'm posting on Wednesday?

Sorcery.

So.

Its Wednesday.

And I just wanted to, like,

talk about something that's been on my mind.

I decided at the beginning of the year that writing more was going to be a resolution of mine.
There was going to be a post about those by the way.
Since then,
I've not written...
well
anything.
And its been very frustrating,
because I want to write.
But I just have myself held to all of these standards
that I can't fulfill because I'm not the people who have achieved this standard.that I am now holding myself to.
I am not Jo Rowling.
I am not Rick Riordan.
I am not any of the Brontë sisters.
I am just me.
Simple, distracted, little me.
And as I've been thinking about this in great depth
Because heaven knows I have far too much time on my hands.
I've realised that this whole idea that you can't do something because you're not as good at it as someone else is not only, complete and utter rubbish
but also applies to so many more situations then the one that I'm currently in.
And as you read this, I'd like you to just keep that in mind.

So, writing.
A lot of people don't realise how...hard it actually is.
And how much thought goes into the things you read.
Its so much more than just an idea and some words.
Because every writer has this idea in their head that they have to be as good or better than someone else.
And so we over think and we over analyse and then we get stuck.
And then we stop.
And when we stop its really hard to get started again
because
we never really, fully stop.
Because we always have the story that we're sure is going to be our big break in the back of our minds
and we're always seeing or thinking of new content that we'd like to have in our plot line.
But we can never figure out a way to make all of it fit together.
And so, we just don't write.
And that's a problem
because we don't need to compare ourselves to Jo, or rick,
or Emily or Charlotte
Because we're not them.
We are Ashlie, and Emma, and Anne, and Joey, and Tony and everyone else.
We are ourselves
and that's all we really need to be.

But like I'm now uploading this on Thursday.

Well, wouldn't you like to know? like...a leotard and tights.

Yeah. The aftermath of that was miserable.

Oh heavens yes. Don't know if I'v ever had a good break up. Do those exist?

4. How tall are you?

I'm five foot three. And NO ONE believes me.

5. How much do you weigh?

I am a healthy weight for my age, height and lifestyle and that's really all you need to know.

6. Any tattoos?

None that are real. But I doodle on myself frequently. Which is something I never did until Harry Styles came into my life.

7. Any piercings?

Earrings. Just one set.

8. Favourite show?

Probably Dance moms.

9. Favourite band?

Fun. Munford and Sons, The 1975 One Direction.

10. Favourite song?

I have a lot, and most of them have been previously mentioned. So if this is something you're really dying to know, feel free to check out my other posts.

11. How old are you?

I'm 18.

12. Something you miss?

I miss a lot of people, but something I miss...hmmm...doing shows? Sure.

Virgo. And I'm a pretty stereotypical Virgo. You know, like the whole bossy thing? Yeh.

They need to be my intellectual equal.

And teeth. They need nice teeth. Because I'm shallow and its important to me. Maybe I just should have said good hygiene in general, but especially teeth.

I like both depends on my mood/day/time of day.
